Hey Nick.

I posted my question a couple pages back but didn't get a answer from you. I'm guessing it had to do with the abundance of questions you are getting, no worries, I'll post it again.

Has there ever been case where the MoD or the RAF had to muster fighter jets to, for lack of a better word, "chase" down a UFO that was in restricted air space?

Similar to the 1976 Tehran UFO incident?

Thanks a bunch and great work getting through all these questions. Looking forward to your response.

Speaking hypothetically, If there is a UFO cover-up in the sense that people here tend to mean, the reasons are unlikely to have anything to do with the usual clichés about panic in the streets, undermining religion or collapsing the world economy. A more likely reason is technology acquisition: the nation that first acquires and masters extraterrestrial technology (if it exists) is likely to be the dominant force on this planet for the foreseeable future, politically, militarily and economically. Sufficiently high stakes to justify a little secrecy, I would suggest.

The Milton Torres case is similar in some respects to Parviz Jafari's 1976 encounter over Tehran. Although Torres was a USAF pilot, the incident took place in the UK, while he was on exchange with the RAF. Here's a presentation that I gave with Milton Torres a while back:

Other similar cases are mentioned here:

Dear Mr Pope,

Despite what people believe, inter-stellar travel is an extra-ordinarily expensive and hazardous enterprise for any civilization. The reason for it cannot be 'adventure' or 'education'.

While I truly believe ETs have been coming to earth for a very long time (more than a billion years), the frequency is extremely low. So a real ET event is a very unlikely event, very much against the popular notion.

More likely are robotic probes, to find out more about this solar system. This is just like we humans have done, but in reverse.

However there is good reason to believe that there are 'crashed' ships on earth, probably in several locations. And your logic of studying them for the technology is very sound.

I can't recall having come across a lighting configuration quite like this. The nearest I've heard about is three bright lights at the edges of a flat triangle shape, and a larger, fainter light in the center. Colors vary.

I recall Stephen Dick (NASA's former Chief Historian) speculating - at the second of the Royal Society discussion meetings on extraterrestrial life held in 2010 - that we may be in a "largely post-biological universe".

The paper "On the likelihood of non-terrestrial artefacts in the Solar System" is also well worth a look:

Fair enough.

Hypothetically, if a coverup exists and it is related to acquisition of technology, would you think a government has a chance of understanding such technology (without help, for instance, from those that developed it)... especially if the hypothetical tech was as advanced as reports indicate?

Or, if there hasn't been a mysterious mass disappearance of elite scientists from society, assuming this tech seeking cover-up, doesn't this indicate that the government has "help," as it were?

And, do you think the government's advantage and resultant secrecy from this tech acquisition overcomes mankind's need for clean energy, for instance? Hypothetically... of course.

Thank you, btw, for the time.

Hello Mr. Pope and Thank You So Much for answering so many questions here on ATS. As to your response re: Remote Viewing, have you ever had the occasion to perhaps read Ingo Swann's Book "Penetration"? He did work at Stanford Research Institute here in The US and also worked for some of The Varied Security Agencies as well.

He is most famous for apparently viewing Jupiter and Saturn before The Viking Spacecraft visited both of them in The 1970's and coming up with some Very Correct and Out of This World Results as far as his viewing was concerned. There's also a part of the book where he supposedly observes with some of his Security Agency Handlers a UFO in Canada or Alaska, I can't remember which, drawing water up from a lake and then flying off after a few minutes. This he was told at the time by his Security Friends was a frequent occurrence at this particular spot and it seems they wanted him to see this first hand for some reason he wasn't sure of at the time.

Well, Thank You Again Mr Pope and a most interesting Q&A you've done.

Peace
Shavedfish

I guess some airships are pretty big, but I'm not aware of anything on quite the scale of what Ray Bowyer saw over the Channel islands in 2007:

I moved to America in January 2012 because I married a US citizen, and after some discussion we decided it would make far more sense for me to move to America, than for her to move to the UK:

You worked for the British government...of course they are not going to tell you the whole truth. Your information are based on theory and not practicals, which is a start for many. Cheers for your observations.

Hi Nick,

Any thoughts on common links between the small proportion of unidentified objects?

Are you aware of any analysis which has been conducted to find any such common ground taking into account;

The viewer(s)
Location
Time of day
Time of year/season
Behaviours of object
Any other common factors.

Nice having you here at ATS, Nick.

I would like to ask a few questions, if you don't mind.

1. What are your opinions on alleged "contactees" of some proclaimed(but unproven and unverifiable) Extraterrestrial groups? Are they really telling the truth regarding the stories that they are telling, or are some of them merely hoaxing? If just hoaxing, there are some that have lost so many friends, credibility and have resulted in estranged relationships with family members just for spreading such stories, so most have lost more that they hold dear than gained financial benefits.....

2. If you believe that some of those alleged contactees are legitimate, why would such ETs/interdimensional beings choose only a few selected inidividuals to spread their message? Why won't they contact millions of other people privately? Why won't they just decloak or manifest themselves in the air to send a message "We are here"?(I am sure they can easily disable guidance systems and missile systems in order for self-defense if they are peaceful and have no intention of attacking but just disabling those weapons systems for self-defense).....Do you think they have hidden agendas?

3. Also, do you think some contactees are really having contact with ETs/Interdimensional beings, or are they just been selected for some psychological experiments conducted by some governments to better study the human psyche?

Thanks for the trouble of answering....

If calling on Jesus genuinely ended these abduction experiences, then I suspect the experiences were vivid hallucinations, dreams or delusions, and that some sort of placebo effect was involved.

Wellllllllllll, Dear Kind Sir,

That's the first reply that I've seen of yours hereon

that I felt displayed significant amounts of bias from your cosmology coloring your perceptions, convictions and
opinions.

Of course, I believe you are wholesale wrong in the above.

I realize that your assertions are Cardinal Doctrine and Dogma of the Religion of Scientism and Atheism hereon.

However, IIRC, a fair number of the cases involving the Name and Blood of Jesus being "applied" in spiritual warfare declarations and prayers

HAVE INVOLVED people with the standard sorts of marks on their bodies, chip implants, pregnancies, trace landings etc. as the group wherein such a response was not attempted.

That demonstrable fact would rule out your 'conclusions' and opinions on such scores.

Therefore, Let us PRETEND that you have been presented with convincing proof that what I say above is 100% absolutely true.

What THEN would be your response?

Hello Nick,

As a researcher and developer of technologies primarily in the flight propulsion arena, may I ask you what your take is on how these UFO (military) craft work? Are the ones generally in question the "flying disk" type working off the alternating electromagnetic currents and high-speed rotation, or other kinds of systems utilizing primarily super-coolants and the like?

If my question's too of-the-wall or vague, I apologize. I'm just curious about something and an answer to my above question will answer a number of things about you for me. Please be as detailed as you like in your response.

Thanks for your consideration, Nick.

OH, DEAR, Nick,

I think your biases are showing again.

The elite have said quite the contrary in their own words and publications--some of them public.

Here's but a sample:

129."It's terrible to have to say this. World population must be stabilized and to do that we must eliminate 350,000 people per day" Jacques-Yves Cousteau, oceanographer and humanist, The UNESCO Courier, Nov. 1991, page 13

Note, that did not come from some tabloid. That came from the UNESCO Courier. . . . IIRC, that's a bona fide UN publication.

139."The distribution of birth control devices and the imposition of mandatory abortion practices in the third world countries is now ecologically insufficient and unfairly out of world social balance. The white, upper and middle class females of modern society are too healthy and fertile to be exempted from some imposed regulation of international law or mandate. An American born child is environmentally too expensive to maintain to his or her adulthood in a world economy. American women must be subjected to some manner of regulation beyond licensing or immediate and mandatory abortion practices. Unconventional and extreme measures must be implemented and enforced by global U.N. mandate as it is deemed necessary. The bodies of these world eco-criminals should be commercially yielded [rendered--turned into constituent parts] for reintroduction in the world's natural systemic food and nutrient chains, in order to restore a more natural biological balance and order to our Sacred Earth." -- Jacques Cousteau, in his address to the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, 1992.

31. Robert McNamara Viet Nam era Sec Def: "The commitment of government to deal with the population issue is of course essential...There are many waysto make the death rate Increase."

Sooooo, the question, then . . . PRETEND that you have been presented with convincing evidence 10 times the above that is utterly convincing . . . what would your response be then?
