Eve online in-game item redemption menu

Hello all,
Just a question about eve online,how do you access the in-game item redemption menu to receive items after redeeming a promotional code from the redeem code page on www.eveonline.com?

How many people on Ats play eve online?
I played in on trial and found it interesting but realised unless in a large space guild life in space is short.

Codes work via the account management page, you redeem the code on the web site and then in game you push escape and "redeem items" at the bottom of the menu tab. Usually the items will appear in your hanger of the station you are docked at (you can only redeem items while docked)

I love it when Eve threads pop up on ATS. Gives me hope. Though, I haven't played since Jita was burned. I got scammed by Dreddit corp during that awesome moment in gaming history (pro-tip: don't join Dreddit).

Took me years of playing to figure out how much fun frigate PVP is.
