Yeah, one would be stupid to purchase such a firearm, but the point is that you would have no choice in the matter.


Yes you would have a choice, as I mentioned before.

There are 200,000,000 guns in America now. Buy a used one! If this became state law somewhere you just buy from another state. There is no law about buying a gun from another state.
