does FEMA have plans for region 3?

this video reveals a lot of preperations by FEMA all close to the day of october 1st. they absolutely must know something is about to go down. they know this event from their intelligence gathering, or from their telescopes or scientists, OR, they/govt. have long designed and are about to unleash another false flag for their own nefarious purposes.

This will be the test run for marshal law in America. Boston was to see if the media would go along and help push the agenda which they of course did. Next the out break will happen the camps will be for people that are ill or infected.

Well it would seem it would have to be for something in Nov. or later because no one would want to cut to close to the time for all the completion of the deliveries and training.

UM....for what it's worth our local cable company has been running the emergency alert system about 3x a week lately when the norm is once a month.

Wait, really? Like ill or infected with what? And yes, Boston was a test run for martial law, which I think is going to go into affect this year somewhere.

But what infection? Are you talking about what I heard, which was the Elite are going to be releasing bioweapons into the population?

I would vote for a major earthquake, mega storm or volcanic eruption before a global pandemic...

That or they have a better idea of when the fuel rods in Fukushima will hit criticality then we do...

with the amount of weaponry you guys hold maybe they have decided to weaken the masses with biological weapons?
my money is on some catastrophy from off world, but if it is that they must have the impact down pretty accurately.

There is NOTHING but training...like this month, last month, last year and next year. And we stock up, we drive around, we train. We use helicopters, Military Vehicles, Commercial Vehicels, Trains...you name it.

We have a SWAT exercise in 2 weeks, and a helicopter landing zone training session: just like the last 4 years.

You guys have lost it. You look for things to be there that arent, mean or imply nothing...NOTHING but training, prepardness and stockpils of meds and food and rotating items in and out of cycle.

There is a serious flaw to think it means SOMETHINGS UP! Yeah? It is. Its called PREPARATIONS.

Ive got a bag packed, am ready like-yesterday...but am not expecting to go anywhere for anything anytime soon.

Except? ...More training. Stop looking for things...especially when its the way its done to train and prep.

Might the Region 3 alert be in conjunction with the terror attacks that are planned for the EU train-railway system

recently...we were training on how to set up helicopter landing zones...ie: fields, shopping centers, schools etc.....and then....CSX Railroad Chem disasters.

So now...you all think it means somethings up? So...my point. Join up. Volunteer and train...with us.

Frankly i think the world is a bit more chaotic then that and a lot of the things that other posters seem to believe are planned events are simply expressions of the chaotic nature of reality.

That being said, with the knowledge you seem to possess of this area perhaps it would be a good idea to start a thread encouraging those on this site to seek out local volunteer options as you have suggested. You expand upon what you have said already and make a concentrated effort to inform them on what options are available for those actually interested in participating in these kind of training simulations instead of just generating conspiracy theories based on them.
