Please help me find this thread about a military project (US-Japan join project: anti-missle missles

Hello, I responded to a thread, earlier, and it can be found here:

However, I was looking for a video that I have seen on ATS, in my reply. I could not find the video, after looking for it for in the search engine. The video, involved anti-missle missles, that had been developed in a joint US-Japan venture. The anti-missle missles, were small, and could float in mid-air, and make precise movements. The video was obviously declassified footage, and real. It showed the technology in question (it had various jets around a base vehicle...it's kinda hard to describe...but all of the jets would fire at one time, just to varying degrees, to keep it stable...it was also small, not a huge rocket).

Please help me find this amazing video! I am going crazy trying to find it.

This is the one, I believe. It has the small 'smart pebbles' kinetic kill missiles with a video.

Thank you for trying to help, but, no that is not it.

The video involved, shows the people in the research project at the end, and they are clearly dressed in clothes, and hairstyles from the 80's. I didn't want to say a specific company, because I couldn't remember it, but it may have been Lockheed-Martin.

There are some pretty nice toys in those videos... especially when you think of the time frame... 20-24 years ago!
