Warrantless Vaginal Searches Conducted By Texas Police

I think the Nazi's sent you to a Concentration Camp before they did this stuff but apparently in the US they just do it by the side of the road these days...it's getting crazy!

Police in Texas have been caught conducting completely warrantless vaginal searches of women on the side of freeways.

Yes, you read that correctly.

A new set of videos show Texas state troopers probing women’s vaginas and anal areas while searching for drugs.

After watching the videos, which were taken by police car dashboard cams, it is painfully obvious that police were confident that the women did not have marijuana — but they went ahead with the cavity searches anyways.

I scanned the video but didn't see anything. In fact the female was laughing through most of the video.

I saw a story on the news. Yes, Canadian news covers weird things from the US.
The officer that did the search was fired, then reinstated :shk:

A dash-cam video showed Bui's supervisor Nathaniel Turner ordering her to internally probe two women on the side of the road in a search for contraband. Turner had stopped them for speeding and said he could smell marijuana in their car. The video shows one of the women wincing as Bui conducted the search.

"It was determined that the relatively inexperienced trooper was directed by a more senior trooper to conduct the inappropriate search," McCraw said in a statement issued late Friday afternoon. "While the actions of Trooper Bui constitute misconduct, I believe her actions are mitigated such that she should not be terminated from the agency."

If that's not characteristic of a police state, I don't know what is.
Not a country I'd ever want to visit again, with the sort of things that go on there.
And I live in a country that has very corrupt cops. American cops are even worse....

Because theres a link to a video that shows a woman being molested by Troopers(you can see her leaning to the side while they explore beneath her bikini bottom) and next to that video is a screen cap that shows another Trooper with her hand down another womans pants, on the side of the road for everyone to see and you call the OP a troll.

I think most on here knew this was coming and it will only get worse. It's down to the people to stop it or it will go on and on. What will YOU do ?

If true, this justifies these guys getting killed.. If they did this to your daughter or wife, wouldn't anyone want to hunt them down and take them out? I sure would.

Watch the videos. The second video is 100% inside the clothing.

The first one, maybe you can't see completely, but if you listen you can hear the instruction.

Are you freaking kidding me? You obviously dont know how to use google either, the cop admitted it and was fired but then reinstated because she was a rookie.
Here is video of the first case, these troopers were actually brought up on charges.

It would appear the first ones to lose their fourth amendment rights were women.
Of course this is about par for the course.
Most Republicans will tell you that women are not mentioned in the U S Constitution so they don't have any rights anyway.

In this video the searches are inappropriate. I don't know who taught that woman to do a search but she was absolutely out of line. Body cavity searches are and should be extremely rare and always conducted in private with medical personnel.

In the Texas video in the OP there was no evidence of such a search.

There was on update on the news here this morning. The DHS officer that actually did the search was a rookie and was ordered by the senior trooper to do the search. I know she should have refused but the trooper that ordered the search was terminated and may be charged later - probably not but you never know. I would have asked for a higher up trooper before I submitted. If you request a supervisor to the scene they have to honor the request. The people need to know their rights as well as the cops knowing their limits. I would have gladly gone to jail before allowing that and then sued the pants off of them.

This is the 3rd such video I have seen of this nature in the past month, absolutely makes me furious! Then to add to the whole nightmare that witch cop doesn't even change gloves, disgusting and unsanitary.....maybe she should have someone probe her vagina after having their finger up someones ass first......I wouldn't allow my lover to do that let alone a cop.....
