NM, it appears to work in this thread. For a moment or two on the war on terror board it just so happened that it didn't show up.

It looks like you have it hosted with ImageShack, they go down now and then. A more reliable solution would be to upload it to ATS.

ALSO while ATS is in low bandwith mode, you will not see your avatar AND backround AND everything else in your mini-prof.

Go to the main ATS page. Click �MemberCenter U2U�.



On the left side of the screen you will see �Upload�, click it.



Then �Browse� your computer for the image.



Then copy the renamed file location and paste it in your profile.
