I do believe it is being wrested back right now. This issue is not going away, it is getting bigger by the day. The cat is all the way out of the bag now and has the rat by the neck. Change is gonna happen.

For once we agree. I too can see the value in the data, but I immediately knew that this data would come at a considerable price to Americans. Unfortunately, I am all too familiar with human nature.
