Im quite partial to a chicken tika pasty and curry pot noodle sandwich myself.. Failing that.. Bacon, sausage and eggs on toasted soda bread. Lashings of tomato ketchup of course..On both. The sarnies of champions..

Chicken tikka is one of my faves...
Ketchup is of the devil. Use Sriracha instead...and get a bottle where the rooster looks angry! Respect the hot cock sauce!

Yep... I am American and I am utterly LOST! I have no idea what any of these things are. I am from south Louisiana, where we eat crawfish, alligator and various other delicious critters....so I won't judge! As a matter of fact, despite the cringe worthy image "spotted dick" creates in my mind, I would probably enjoyit

Some places have tried to change it to "spotted richard" to make it less offensive (?) but i'm afraid richard has even worse connotations as in "richard the third" rhymes with...you get the idea and most places who've tried to rename it have gone back to its original name since everyone still called it spotted dick

Try cutting a Macintosh apple into about 8 wedges .It has to be a tart apple .
Core it so the seeds are gone
Put a blop of peanut butter in the "smile".

I'm a new Yorker born and bred,and not only do i make a kick arse bacon butty ,HP sauce and all,i make Dave Listers fried egg mango chutney and chili sauce sandwich .
My shepherds pie and bread and butter pudding are mauvelous as well

Here in the USA ,this is just called pork rinds.Its eaten predominately in black and Hispanic neighborhoods .White people don't know these from Adam.
