My question is are Halliburton taking all the
heat for the other two companies involved in
this mega disaster. Seeing that this will again
open all avenues for their disrespect of our
oceans. I can believe it.

It's my opinion the companies should all be
auctioned remain intact under new ownership
and all previous CEO and Ownership jailed
for a spell. As for our POTUS, you should all
know damn well where I'm at with that sniveling
menace.

Whatch yall think ?

Well since the U.S. Supreme Court declared corporations are people and people go to jail for this sort of thing. Obviously you can't put a building in jail but you can lock its doors for say 3-7 years.

Should get them all under RICO, it allows the leaders to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do.

Halliburton is a person by the Supreme courts ruling, Get everyone from the top on down, the peons in the company, wage slaves etc, can roll over on the higher up for a pardon.

Tear the whole thing down.

Tear the whole thing down.

But what about the economic impact of that ?
I'm not sure an economy anywhere could sustain
such horrendous loss as all that. Otherwise I agree.

The corporations and the politicians are so intertwined that they are practically the same thing.

Ever notice how all of these business CEO's, lobbyists, senate committee members, bankers and the like just seem to all get switched around in each others areas?

"Rule by Secrecy" outlines alot of it very well if you aren't farmiliar with it.

They won't punish them because it would be punishing themselves.

Corporations are only "people" when it works to their advantage. Otherwise they are still Corporations.

Great point and I'll have to have a look at that rule by secrecy for my self.
