There is logic in the reasons you can't post a new thread, in the appropriate forum, until you have at least 20 posts as a new member. One being, you learn, we hope, to make a thread with an explanation of what your topic is, instead of posting a link with nothing to tell us what is in the link. A common courtesy on ATS.

Not really. This is still the introductions forum, not a topics forum. You still have to play by the rules just like all the rest of us, and get your T&C required 20 posts in to start new threads, in the *appropriate* forum....You already did an intro thread when you joined.
