Let me begin by saying that the video shows no sexual assault, the title is labeled this way for shock value? or for perverts wanting see a
"thrill", heck if I know. Nonetheless, the video is shocking in regards to the total lack of action from the JUDGE that was present during the
allegations of the assault.
A CBS affiliate in Clark County, Nevada, has uncovered video of a disturbing incident in family court, in which a mother present for a routine
proceeding is sexually assaulted and then arrested in full view of the court. An internal investigation has since revealed that both the harassment
and its alleged cover-up may be part of a wider problem of abuse within the family court system. The initial events took place in 2011, when Monica
Contreras was led from the court into a waiting room for a supposed, though unexplained, drug search. She then says a court marshal named Ron Fox
touched her and ordered her to lift up her shirt. When she fled back into the courtroom and complained to the hearing master, asking at least for a
female marshal, Fox had her arrested for “making false accusations against a police officer.”
The video shows a woman having her purse rifled through for drugs during a family court divorce hearing. (The daughter was present, 4-5 years old)
After the woman was searched in a different room by Fox, she comes back in and makes allegations against the cop, saying she asked for a female
officer to be present & he refused and touched her in several places during the search. When she came back in the courtroom, WITH THE (FEMALE) JUDGE
STILL PRESENT, the victim made the allegations against the officer, and the cop IMMEDIATELY ordered the arrest of the mother for making "false
allegations against a police officer".
The woman, crying for a few minutes, was told the only way to avoid arrest was to goto the mic & recant her allegation, she did the opposite. She was
then arrested.
WHILE THIS WAS GOING ON, THE JUDGE HAD HER BACK TURNED TO THE VICTIM AND DID NOTHING.
(she was playing with the victim's daughter)
That is the thing that bothers me the most, I know that most would argue the assault, but considering how we have let the TSA molest us for almost 5
years now I don't see that as bad as the judge basically pretending she isn't even in the room. (Let alone a JUDGE)
The cop has since been fired, and a further investigation is currently underway, but once again the brazenness of this whole thing astounds me. Though
I shouldn't be surprised, this is what happens when you have "WELCOME" tattooed on your forehead as a nation.
