That's why I posted the 2010 meeting, and it's PDF report, you should read it. It's the same kind of thing, working out a cohesive plan of action in the case of an event as you have laid out, while underlying that there was a, not so subtle call for more shinola, and I believe they got it the same year. That would need to be a big call, because it would not be just stuff on the ground needing 'hardening' it would be all the stuff that's in space, in the air.
To make that work, it takes some convincing to get the shinola. I believe in that meeting they managed a 'little' scare tactic to government to get that money.

He pointed out that, although this has been a very 'low' solar minimum, it has produced some rather unexpected affects. The flux of cosmic rays at Earth, which are modulated by the strength of the solar wind, has hit an all-time high. Exposure to cosmic rays and solar events limits the career of astronauts. Ionospheric and neutral atmosphere has been so low that orbital debris, nornally removed over the course of a solar cycle, has remained in orbit longer, increasing the potential for collisions.
Understanding and predicting space weather is critical to human activity. He stated that almost no aspect of human life is unaffected by space weather due to our dependence on space systems and technologies affect by the space environment. Space weather fundamentally affects all NASA missions and operations, and although we currently need forecasts of days to weeks to support our space activities, as manned spaceflight moves out beyond the near Earth environment, we will need forecasts of months to years....

So much is in place there, a bit of scary stuff, knowing we are at near end of the current solar cycle, with hints of 'What If' .
You see, you don't need remote viewing or much else to see that NASA does have concerns, as much about their own capablity to carry out their programmes due to spaceweather, as spaceweather affects the world at the surface.

1) Start shutting down and secureing Nuclear power plants any any other dangrous areas that you dont want going haywire...

Seeing as this is like 10000000x bigger than the NSA spying why did the guardian not run the story? eh? Use some sense here!

Why would a backward alternate new source have this story and not the main reporter in contact with Snowden.

That would justify the massive expense they when to building massive underground facility's but what then are they planning, to let nature kill off the population while they then emerge to build a new utopia for themselves, more likely it was a ruse to justify themselves to the US congress on there expenditure, still what a horrible way to die, the planet if it recovered would be like after the dinosaurs and life would have to start over with 99 percent of the plant life wiped out and the ecological food chain stopped dead.

Not impossible but I do not believe it and the earth has a natural EM field that should be strong enough to protect it except for excessive heat that such flares would carry with them.
There would have been several scientists whom would be blowing the whistle not just Mr Snowdon and more than likely this is just someone using his name for a story.

Still I do believe in the ability's of some remote viewers, makes you wonder though and very scary thought.

Way I understood it, the NSA has a couple of days worth of internet stored. Solar flares are impossible to predict a couple of days from now. What was written there might comes form any site.

Or somebody used his face and then went like "Snowden said"

that website has posted so many bogus snowden exclusives.

Pretty lame b.s. regarding knowing when a solar flare will lash out exactly at Earth... but I noticed people using the meme, probably put out by intelligence agencies, about Snowden's "Stripper girlfriend."

Is "stripper girlfriend" a good thing or a discrediting thing? I propose the descriptor be dropped for general non relevance.

I can't believe that Ed Dames would stoop to this level.

I'm not sure about that.. they might very well keep it all quiet since, afterall, the objective is to get rid of as many earthlings as possible. They might alert the public, but not in sufficiently significant way..

Stockpiles of food and water should be for at least 6-9 months though, not merely a few weeks. No gasoline either..

I doubt the underground bunkers will help much. If a massive event was to blast our ozone layer away the radiation would penetrate at least a mile underground. I dont know about a 7 year tribulation(not too religious)but I still don't think anything will happen all at once..Our world will go to sh*t way before the end. Either way I refuse to believe we will go extinct..Maybe god will take some. Maybe there will be ET intervention but the human race will go on.

You never knew about it? Ed dames and his predictions were way before most even knew of snowden. And I wouldn't be so quick to put him at snowdens level. He done his work for our government and military. He predicted a lot.. And yes he had misses but a lot was correct.

Probably cause crazework keeps joking about it. You can find something less serious to joke and laugh about. I agree with crazework that snowden probably didn't say any of it and even if he did why believe him?.. On the other hand this is serious. Mother Nature can take us away any second and that is nothing to joke about. A killshot super flare could happen any minute. Today or 100 years from now but nobody knows. This year is when NASA says our sun is at peak activity(solar maximum) so we should pay attention.
