Removing A Shield

I belive a few years ago, when my abilities grew faster then I could control them, I attempted to supress them with a shield. Now, I am tring to rediscover them. However, I had done alot of work with my abilities in the past and would have been able to make a rather strong shield. It is time, I have decided, to begin to deal with the evils of the psychic enviornment and my abilites once more. If anyone can help me in ways to rememer or bring back energy and information from the past, or can help me to bring my shield down, I would be very greatful.

Have you ever tried going to psipog.net. it has alot of things that have to do with psionics (psi balls, shields etc....)

Yes, I have actually and I would recomend it to anyone who is trying to get a feel for psychic abilities. Thanks for the suggestion, but what really looking for is someone who may have delt with this issue before or could help me themself to weaken the last traces of it. I have managed to substancially weaken it myself, however, I can't quite get it to go away completely.

I have delt with this before. Although I don't want to name the specifics of
why I put my "shield" up (i'm a pretty private person) I can tell you that the reason for it was a very bad experience that I thought was my fault. So, I just mentally blocked it out. It wasn't until recently that I was able to "forgive myself" and start to regain my abilities. The point is that you might have had a similar experience without remembering it that has put your "shield" up.

Anything like that come to mind?
