Friend sent this picture to me saying it was real, I disagree.
In my opinion, it looks fake.

besides, if the kitty was really on the side of the pool like that, he/she would really have to struglle to keep that position, as it is very slippery. And I doubt if the cats feet are touching botom, for support.
