JLENS test in Utah ?

There are 5 more similar NOTAMs. If you are curious, just look 'em up. I made a gpx file of the waypoints and found the nearest city to be Eskdale, Utah. In the past, they have tested (or maybe attempted to test) the JLENS project there.

Similar NOTAMs show up for presidential visits, but usually that is explicitly noted. I can't find anything on the POTUS or VPOTUS schedule for Utah.

Apparently there is an underground base in northern Utah that some have speculated to be the "new area 51." Maybe this has something to do with that?

As a sidenote, there were military exercises in southern Utah a couple of months ago, supposedly for urban warfare. For 2 hours there were at least 4 fighter jets (at least one of them was an A-10 warthog) and one osprey circling over St. George. It was after dark so I couldn't make out the other jets but the warthog flew over a few times during dusk.
