A bit late, but wanted to get a bit info:
1. Is there any full list of companies who cooperate with this project or only companies here ?
2. So they are tracking only foreigners(not USA people)?
3. So theorically, they could spy on other countries president's mail and stuff like that or no?

Just being an active member of ATS gets us put on a "list".

I wonder how often they read ATS?

My guess is that they read it all.
