Teenagers arrested for decapitating homeless man, playing soccer with his head

Wow.
It seems to me that people are doing crazy things at an increasing rate.

Two teenagers have been nicked for allegedly decapitating a homeless man before playing soccer with his head.
The pair, who were said to have taken a dislike to the man before killing him, then allegedly left his head in a bin. Police arrested the duo after following a blood trail from the body to their flat in Moscow, Russia.

I don't know what to make of it. But it is kind of on the extreme side of things.

Yet, we always keep saying the old morality is too old fashioned.... Do you like the new morality??

But lets keep the conservative moralists out of politics and keep changing laws to keep weird and depraved people happy and keep breaking down the traditional values. The results are better right?

The only thing different from 1970 to now is the values have changed. You get what you ask for.

This is not at all what we mean when we tell today's youth to get outside and get some exercise.

But seriously, if this is true, I hope they are locked up for life.

Yeah, us liberals and our voting. Every time legislation comes up for legalizing decapitation of homeless people and using their heads for sports balls, us damned liberals vote for it.

Evil, I say. EVIL!!!! It must be because of gay marriage, right? Oh... and I'm sure you think they should have all been armed with guns so he wouldn't have gotten his head cut off.

A spokesman for Russia’s Investigative Committee later cast doubts on reports that the teenagers had used the head as a football. He said a “full picture” of what had happened was still being established.

Doesn't sound like a very stiff penalty for the crime...

And they thought jail time was preferable to keeping their distance from a dislike-able old homeless man.

Not too bright.

You know that was normal back in the day?

It would be strange for them to hear we lock away people for such acts.

I know this wouldn't have made it any better, but just by going off the title, I was assuming that these kids surely didn't kill him, and had just found him already dead.

It's crazy how I am still capable of becoming awestruck by stupidity. Just when I start to think that people can't get any stupider than I already know they are, someone comes along to prove me wrong. I guess they didn't notice that by kicking the head home, they were also leaving a trail of blood directly back to their home.

After first reading that they had thrown the head into the trash bin, I was thinking that the garbage men had found the head, but now I'm thinking that isn't what happened.

Now I'm thinking that the only reason the cops know that the head was in the bin, is because after they arrested the kids, they told the cops that's where they put it, and the cops still do not yet know where it actually is.

I think this has nothing to do with conservative or liberal but everything do to with morality and a sense of values to follow. In adding to other points made already, morality really is what stands between seeing this as repugnant and borderline evil ....or seeing it as kids with a terminal case of boredom and a life that wasn't producing anything anyway.

It's interesting to see this happening in Russia and perhaps Putin's very strong arm tactics domestically are what's needed. It's not like this isn't suffered in places around the world for killing being a literal sport ( actually was in this case.... ugh.. ) but saying it happens and then not fighting back to stop the spread are different things indeed.

Hopefully, the lads are sport for other people in a Russian institution of higher incarcerated learning.

If they were muslim this would be an act of terror.

Keep in mind, that's not USA or UK prison, but RUSSIAN prison.
Those kids are from Moscow Russia.
Russia don't play when it comes to prison.
Granted, they'll likely not do the whole 15 years, if they survive however long they're in for, and if they DO survive, they'll then be pretty much literally owned by whatever branch of whichever Russian Mafia gang they took to for protection that allowed them to survive long enough to get out.

I don't condone what the kids have done by any means, but, Russian Prison, it's almost a death penalty.

Enough with the beheadings...For crying out loud, seems every time I turn around there's another beheading. Is there some sort of hidden agenda, or is this just a passing fad?

This sounds like the final scene in the Hostel 2 movie where the kids use a persons head as a football, exactly like that.
