Yep, don't confuse extremists with the common folk of faith of any of the Abrahamic religions. I've learned a lot from many different cultures in my time here on the pale blue dot.

Both the Muslim and Jewish folk I've broken bread with over the years were kind, peaceful folk.

When (If) we started holding hands and showing solidarity, the deceived elite who stir up and fabricate trouble would blow away like chaff on the wind.

just a little problem, Prophet Muhammad pbuh wrote that letter when he was in power already, not giving a speech while running for elections. Also its a "letter" and i am sure no crowd of christians was surrounding him while he dictated it.
Its obvious that you don't want peace and understanding. Why not at least follow Jesus Christ's teachings?
