Secret CIA document "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars On American People": full version for download

This is a widely circulated document and I bet many have seen it by now, if not it is probably a very interesting read, I heard about it back in the 90's, as a side note "Killarmy", the Wu Tang influenced affiliate and hip hop group had an album title of the same name.

It was also reported around the time of the D.C. sniper shootings, this album was found in their car, not saying it influenced any of their actions but the press and media tried to put them together.

The album was recorded in 1995-1997
