Secret CIA document "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars On American People": full version for download

Found here is a copy of a secrete CIA document about the "quite war" the US is waging against it's own citizens and the weapon it is using during that war. Still need to finish reading all of it beore I can get my head wrapped around it, but this is huge.

Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, An Introduction Programming Manual was uncovered quite by accident on July 7, 1986 when an employee of Boeing Aircraft Co. purchased a surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a sale, and discovered inside details of a plan, hatched in the embryonic days of the “Cold War” which called for control of the masses through manipulation of industry, peoples’ pastimes, education and political leanings. It called for a quiet revolution, putting brother against brother, and diverting the public’s attention from what is really going on. The document you are about to read is real. It is reprinted in its virgin form, with diagrams, as a touch of reality.

This manuscript was delivered to our offices by an unknown person. We did not steal the document, nor are we involved with any theft from the United States Government, and we did not get the document by way of any dishonest methods.

Here we go, so it states its a document about 50 years old. All about social engineering and whatnot:

With its bizarre claim to have been found in a surplus IBM copy machine in 1986 by a Boeing Aircraft employee, Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars takes its place among those dubious 'elite blueprints' for control of the planet, second only to the well known treatise The Protocols of Zion. Dated May 1979, Silent Weapons called for a "quiet revolution" through economic engineering, using such methods as economic shock testing and paper inductance/inflation (exchanging true value for inflated currency), and balancing the system by killing off the true creditors of this exchange (the public) in constant wars.

Silent Weapons was first published for mass consumption by the late William Cooper in his 1991 underground sensation, Behold a Pale Horse. A few versions of this document also appeared later on the internet along with remarks to the effect that the paranoid manifesto was probably penned by Cooper himself.(1) Cooper, a former Naval Intelligence Officer with a purported 38-level above-top secret clearance, claimed to have read this report in a "Naval Intelligence Majority Twelve file," and that it was authored by the Bilderberg Group. Cooper states in his book that it was given to him by someone named Tom Young.

Here Paranoia offers an excerpt of the document, reprinting some of the original schematics and mathematical equations contained in the undated pamphlet we have had in our collection since approximately 1993. These sophisticated diagrams were not reproduced in Cooper's book and their existence casts doubt on Cooper's alleged authorship.

This is pretty old, I never heard of it before, or maybe it slipped by as something I might have seen a long time ago. If you are really interested in it, I would suggest digging old ATS threads on it, anything to do with Cooper has a ton of info from the days of old.

Yes, the document is already here at ATS on another thread, but since you are asking for opinions on it I would consider that a different take as most are trying to find out if genuine or not.

It appears that link came from FB, so we know who took that down.

This is very interesting but not surprising though. As you can see these so-called "Silent Weapons" sits on our computers, smartphone, tv's shows, media, everything and all.

Quick question, since this link came from FB and it was remove, why? FB is part of that "silent weapon" is it not?? Shh..don't tell nobody.

Since Facebook didn't exist when the source document was created, it definitely wasn't part of the original description.

The more I learn about "conspiracy" type programs The more confused I get. Not that i doubt them, especially after the recent NSA revelation hitting the main stream.

Also the history of these attempts are confusing.

To sum up what we know:there is a small group of people, who has slowly worked over centuries to create a global elite ruling an impoverished masses by means of economic and psychological weapons.

what I don't understand: why such a slow and gradual process?
and what are the motives? just getting rich? there is no real difference between 1 billion and 10 billion or even a trillion dollars. you can still get all you want? why is this control needed?

Shock testing... ahh, yeah... Now it makes sense why those gas prices rose and never fell back. They squeezed hard testing us, and the pathetic public just sat back silently, sacrificed everything else they had to in order to get by, and you see the results: 400% increase in revenues for the oil thugs.

It's about power and manipulation at the end of the day, these guys are likely more degenerate than those they despise as 'useless eaters' The like of Dennis Bushnell and intelligence agencies pander to their needs with these ridiculous scenarios, and make a buck or two in the meantime, as do all the organisations below them, and bejasus, The US has so many intelligence groupings spouting Bullsnell it's hard to know who is the man in the street.

Okay now I am really interested in this but as others have said the download link doesn't work and the other link that was posted takes you through Facebook, which I will not use (I would take a bullet to the head before I use FB). Does anyone have a reliable download source for this? I did a web search and found nothing and really don't want to use Google to search for it.

but "power and manipulation" are means, not ends,,,,people want power of course, but after a certain point, having more does not matter....why would someone want all the power in the world?...

Assuming this is supposed to be a faithful transcription, it's a hoax, because it doesn't have any portion markings or any of the other things one usually sees on a classified document. And it claims to be an indoctrination for officers of a compartmented program, but there is no compartment name in the banner line (or anywhere else). And the text itself reads like conspiracy theory porn ... elites engaging in economic war with the public, the CIA dismantling American society so they can control it, Mayer Amschel Rothschild, secret meetings of anonymous elites, all without any real verifiable or disprovable claims. It also makes a big deal over the draft, and we all know how that turned out. (Stupid idea for a social control conspiracy theory anyway--draftees can organize and fight.)

It's more like why would some people want all the power in the world, not the singular. They can't all have it at the same time.

This is pretty much what ive been yapping about for some time...the barstids are sneaking the programming into our heads through or backdoor...(entrainment etc...)

Quite simple about the control . It was said a long time ago the destination is extermination.
The Great Culling is coming, and soon... because most can't see it coming, or even care.
