Earlier we had reported about Wikileaks cable "We Know There Is Life On Other Planets Says Afghanistan Parliament Chairman : Wikileaks"

Now in latest development according to another Wikileaks cables Morocco king asked US for information on UFO sightings.

So even when these kinds of sightings have persuasive prosaic explanations, they remain 'true UFOIs' to the uninformed and misinformed enthusiasts. That's a great pity since ATS is about the only website where the posters have the breadth of knowledge to allow a complete picture to usually be assembled.

The true believer is rather immune to prosaic explanations. You see this with:

- "chemtrails", where no amount of explaining that contrails are water vapour will ever sit well with the similarity to clouds.
- anti-Monsanto, where no amount of explaining that Monsanto dont, and never had any rule that GMO's are banned in the cafeteria, will ever stop the story from being told
- creationism, where no amount of explaining radioisotope dating will ever have them believe that there might be some truth in that physics
...
and many more.

(But I'm sure you know this already)
