You know, some of this looks bogus (gross misspellings, technical errors) but some of it is from other presentations I have seen. Old, though. A number of the topic items were off the table as possibilities by 2002.

Sounds like every fantasists wet dream. The fact that all those various conspiracy theories have all been woven into one document suggests to me that it's BS written by someone with an overactive imagination - maybe Alex Jones lol
