Hi guys! Greetings from Romania! =)

Hi people, just dropping by to introduce myself.
Been a long time stalker on this forum, for a few years now. Thing is, well, nothing really out of the ordinary is going on where I live, so I kinda saw no reason for me to post anything. Well, today I did find something very interesting, at least for me it is, but I am unable to start a new thread until I have 20 posts. So, I'll try and post around and stuff, or, if any of you guys say it's ok for me to post something in this thread, speak out. =)
Maybe it's been posted already, I'm new to posting and stuff, so go easy on me, mates.

It's great to have you with us!

Now just pull up a cyber-chair...
...and sit a spell and we'll go through a few things that could be helpful to know.

First of all, as ATS is a big community and there are lots of forums, you might like to check out the Forums page and see what catches your eye. It will also give you some idea on where to put a new thread if you want to start one after you have your first 20 posts. (Oh, and regarding our 20-post rule, perhaps I should just add that besides giving new members a chance to settle in, it also helps in picking up the obvious spammers before they can wreak too much havoc.)

As you have something special to share, it's best to save it until you can do a special thread, so more people will see it.

Because there are so many threads already, it's not a bad idea to do a search here before you eventually post yours. Okay, you won't always find an exact match, but it's helpful to check. You can also use it if you just want to find threads on a certain topic.

Though you've lurked a while it's still important to let you know about some of the threads that are worth a visit early on as an actual member:

If you need help with anything, feel free to send a message to any of the staff. Just mouse over the “member” tag under any staff member's avatar, then click “send message”.

Also, if you see a post that you think is a problem under the T&Cs, then mouse over the poster's "member" tag like before, but this time click “ALERT!” and perhaps write a few words about why you've alerted it. The alert goes straight to staff (with a link to the post) and we'll look into it as soon as we can.

Wow, thank you all for your very warm welcomes.
As Mike said, in order to prove I'm not a spammer or something, I'll go around and post some replies to various threads, so I can get to 20. So, sorry, Shells, but I guess maybe later on today or tomorrow? =)
Anyways, I will post the link to my thread here once I get 20 posts and the thread posted.
I have used the search feature, but yes, it is a little vague and after a few pages, I did not notice any threads that may be on the exactly same subject as mine.
So, thanks again for your warm welcomes and I'll be sure to keep you posted on the new thread. Until then, I'll just go around and get some posts.
