If this turns out to be true, it will be the end of the system of government in the United States.

Any citizen of this country, that would allow our entire foundation of freedom to be subverted by our own government, in the form of blackmailing those who are supposed to uphold that freedom, is no American.

This would be a travesty of justice in the highest order. If Barack Obama finds out, and decides NOT to reverse his Obamacare as a result, he should be hung with Justice Roberts side-by-side. No President should EVER attempt to subvert the law-making process, even if it is crappy, with the intent of passing a law that does not align with our way of life.

The question that follows is, would Roberts have voted it down otherwise? If so, and that comes out in the wash, Obama should do the right thing and let the Supreme Court reverse the ruling.

Then after that, they should both be thrown in prison for the rest of their natural lives. I'd even go so far as to say they should be fed well and provided excellent medical treatment, so that they have lots of time left to rot.

Roberts did vote it down. He wrote a full opinion against Obamacare, and then suddenly and to the great shock and surprise of the other Supreme Court judges, he rewrote his opinion in the middle of the night. He did a complete 180 on everything he had been arguing, and everyone was at a complete loss to explain his sudden and unexplained ahift in attitude. He kept his rewrite a secret until the day the decision was released, and most believe the rewrite was actually done the night before.

The outcome in favor of Obamacare was shocking to any that knew Roberts, particularly, the other judges on the S.C. There are several articles in the weeks following the decision, the most revealing from Ginsberg. She, in fact, was the one who broke the justice silence on the shock from SCOTUS.

I just wrote a reply in another thread about this yesterday. I have suspected from the beginning that something like tgis happened, but I would still like to see morw proof. It certainly would not be unlike what they did to Petraeus. The only difference being Petraeus outted himself so the government couldn't do it to him.

From the beginning Roberts was a controversial candidate to justice, by then Bush, but why will Bush put him in the supreme court if he knew that Roberts has some secret in the closet.

You know with people like Assange, Snowden and the Anonymous people there should not be a corrupt person in Washington that we the people don't know about. Why then is this kind of thing that Beck claims to have feed to the public like some kind of "need to know' agenda.
