George mailed it in 5 years ago. He's going through the motions and he doesn't seem to have genuine interest in what people are saying. The topics on his show often have very little to do with the paranormal. It seems very tame and safe for a less informed audience. I would like to hear more ghost stories, miracles, Bigfoot stories, UFO and aliens, conspiracy theories... Not diet shows, shows about food, or regular mainstream topics that could be a segment on The View. Let's get back to getting weird.

People hate Noory now because they have woken up to the fact that he's a shill. He acts like every topic he hears about is the first time he's ever heard of it. He doesn't ask tough questions or try to get more information he just acts like an idiot who's going to school for the first time. He acts like he doesn't remember any past information or failures of guests in the past. He also doesn't put quality guests on anymore. Everyone loved John B Wells and they type of topics he discussed, but George doesn't want to cover that stuff. C2C has suffered because of him.

I think a lot of people miss the point of the show. It's not a news show, or a show that's necessarily supposed to present facts. It's not in his job description to challenge guests/callers and ask tough questions. The show does exactly what it was intended, to provide a variety of alternative stories and theories. It's a real life version of the old late night radio shows you saw in horror/supernatural movies and TV shows. He's not supposed to look for the truth, he's supposed to offer the guests a medium in which to espouse their theories/beliefs and let the listener come to their own conclusions. He's the perfect host IMO, because he doesn't interject himself into the interview very often and serves as a liaison between the guest and listener, and that is exactly what a great host does.

I don't hate George, but he's pretty much plain ol' vanilla as an interviewer. I've noticed a growing number of desperately awkward on-air silences in the past year. I happen to love Richard Syrett as far as his more regular guest hosts go, though I haven't checked out his Conspiracy Show yet.

I remember a while back I tuned in while driving home. The show that night was about communicating with deceased pets, so I tuned out, very disappointed.

Why do people hate George Noory?
Never understood why people hate the guy. He is the opposite of Bill o'rielly or sean hannity.
Positive and classy(rare nowadays)to callers even when he doesn't agree with them.

Mainstream corporate news would just cut your microphone, talk over you, or edit you away etc.
His UFO content is good and he makes the show about the guest not him.

John Wells is awesome. Funny as hell.

Because anyone with a brain can figure out he's just selling ads and making ridiculous comments like

Someone is talking about life in another planets and he says "do you think they have television!!!!" :S

or similar dummy thoughts

I started listening to C2C after Bell was gone. So take it from me, Noory is boring all on his own.

I tolerate Noorey. He is nothing like Art Bell, and his topics are maybe half as interesting. I enjoy when Dave or Jimmy host the show, I get a bit of Art reminiscence.
