FEMA The Secret Government

I never even thought of what would happen if Washington got nuked or something, I'm kinda glad that if something like that happened then(if I'm understanding this right) there WILL be like a back-up team of congressmen there to deal with the press and military issues. But on the other hand I think the idea of the "cancel the constitution" or suspending it is not an idea that will make a lot of people just with joy.

Yep, that's correct. Likewise, CA is correct in that we don't actually elect the President. It's the electoral, not popular vote, that elects the President (no finer example exists, than the last election). Who decides who gets the electoral?

While the premise behind FEMA is basically a good idea, the power it wields without checks and balances, is rather startling, and it needs to have more congressional supervision...

all of the above is true. the beginning of FEMA was with good intent. somewhere along the way it was overtaken and corrupted. I without reference suspect the CIA, simply because of all the drug money that has apparently been funneled into FEMA coffers. the CIA is the singular most powerfull organization on the planet, and has been since the end of WWII, when it evolved from the OSS and threw the Rat Lines to the Nazis and then threw the lines to Beria of the NKVD. FEMA is a tool of the CIA, they took it over and it will be placed in force as neccisitated by the FORCE
