I think that his micro "member" (for those with sensitive eyes..............) Is extremely relivant. Becaese if it is that small. (Small enough to be refered to a micro.. instead of just small, or tiny, they say micro) he might have had a hint that somthing isn't quite right (mabie never watched porn) however... It doesn't always happen overseas. There are many variations of chromosomal disorders all over the world. In the case of severe Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, citing this study done in Honolulu it occurs in 1 of 14,000. The milder forms seem to be quite a bit more common than that.

You've touched on the exact problem.
The whole thing is seen as some kind hilarious joke. A perfectly ordinary adult will tell their child not to make fun of the poor person in the wheel chair and then login into ATS and scream, LOL micro PENIS! We're up to several pages on this thread, and you have to shovel through three or four posts at a time to find a serious relevant comment.
If this was doctors not telling patients about their cancer, or their fertility, or even their mental illness there would be outrage. If it was parents shaming a child into no discussing their inability to walk, you would be mildy annoyed ... but don't worry it's about a micro penis, and even the handicapped kid is laughing at this one!

How are we to move forward if every mention of genitals becomes an elementary school style giggle fest. I also think of the pressure on parents to designate a sex in the case of a newborn not for the overall health of the baby but to avoid the stigma involved in existing outside the acceptable designations of gender.
