If you wanna open your big celebrity mouth, and say you're leaving if Bush wins. Be man enough to do it. Didn't Alec Baldwin do the same thing 4 years ago?

Uhhh....the article says he didn't say that, and that he doesn't even own land in Scotland, so what's your point?

The point is he did say he would leave. Just like Alec Baldwin.

Do you have proof of that? Because there is no proof of that in the link you provided.

F'ing assh0le should leave.

Actually, all the link you provided said was that it was "rumored" that he had said he would move to Ireland.

I think this is going to be another one of those urban legend thingies.

Why is he a P.O.S and a F'ing assh0le?

Just because he doesn't like George Wanker Bush?

I know it is common knowledge not to believe the media on all things. But it was "reported" that he had said this. I don't think he had a news conference to say this.

The same thing happened with Alec Baldwin...it was "reported" that he said he would leave, and he said he never said it, just like Redford.

Probably another case of something he said that was taken horribly out of context BUT if he did happen to say it than it'll probably pass in a few weeks when the "rush" to leave the country settles down and some sense of acceptance sets in.

Well ED,

It certainly takes one to know one. How many times have you been warned now about your lack of constructive and pertinent comments to the conversation.

All we ever see from you is a demonstration of your Southern Cracker Jesus Loving Sack of waste who lies about his 'previous military experience' but he'll say anything to show his love for Dubya attitude.

So you know that I lie about my military service? Want to see my DD-214? Ah you aint worth it, as for Redford, I ahve not liked him for years as a person. He is a good actor but he is so far to the left that he make Streisand look conservative.....

Southern Cracker.....

Havent heard that one since I was in Mississippi.

And yes I AM an assh0le, wholly admitt it, kinda proud actually becuase I stand for what I believe in and this damn article was about that POS leaving and I said my part so deal with it.

Robert Redford is not leaving, there is too much to fight for in this country.

Someone put out this propaganda because we have been fighting the administration on it's destructive energy practices. I'm Not a spokesperson for the NRDC, but I support their cause. It seams that someone is attacking RR and the story is probably spreading faster that a rumour in a small town. I have respect for a lot of you republicans on this board, we all have an equal voice here, but some of you just lost some points with the language. I rarely hear democrats cursing candidates on the conservative side, but I work with an office full of republicans that talk about faith and religion then turn around and curse demoracts. I know one guy who has "The Holy Bibile" sitting open on his desk and constantly says "I wish someone would shoot all the Democrats in office", Un-American, Un Godly. The president, that I did not elect, just finished saying, we need to reunite the country, I say "Bring It On!".
"A lie will travel halfway around the world before, truth get's it's boots on", Mark Twain.

Truth, Justice, Freedom, Liberty - Words I associate with the USA, let's start using them.

Well, I know that this isn't proof positive, but on the O'Reilly Factor the other night, Bill did mention it, and even joked that Redford should go anywhere except for Ireland, since that is O'Reilly's ancestral home.

You're proud to have made snap judgments of people based on insinuation?

OK, you're right, you are an asshole. But you said it, not me.

That doesn't really do a lot for your side except make conservatives look like apes, but I'm sure you're used to that by now.

I've read posts that you (for brief moments) spoke what you thought, as opposed to hiding behind ridiculous articles and propaganda.

My opinion of Robert Redford was formed over 10 years ago. He is the ultimate in treehugger. Although I believe in being a good steward to the land, I also think that it can be taken to one extreme, an extreme that Mr. Redford has endorsed.

If that makes me an assh0le, then so be it.

Y don't you leave..and while you're at it take those anti-American KKK type conservative groups with you my friend. They're definitey against the supposed American values we hear so much about on tv and in the "Red" states.
