I find it interesting that you put "ORB" in your thread title when indeed you have no clue what it is!

Next time be sure it is an Orb before you decide to make a fool out of yourself to get thread attention.

orb
/ôrb/
Noun
A spherical body; a globe.

An accurate description of form and color without needing to know the exact nature of the object. I'd say the subject title is appropriate and the OP sincere.

You cannot assume that object is spherical in shape especially at that distance! Garbage bags don't look spherical!

Edit: Also note that most often than not in the UFO Thread Forum, most people link Orbs to UFO-like (alien) flying objects....sometimes Chinese lanterns and birds too

Looks black and spherical to me - not sure why the OP should have to describe it otherwise. It is a general description of the appearance of an unknown object. They didn't claim it was anything in particular. To accuse the OP of deception and appearing foolish because of your personal definition of the word does more to highlight your own biases on the subject.

FYI - "Orb" is also used in paranormal circles to describe a particular manifestation of a spirit/ghost. I doubt the OP meant that.

Could it be a small black hole?
Keep a eye on it and let us know if it starts getting bigger.
It has to be some thing they did at CERN.

Suddenly it doesn't look so spherical. That's not what I saw.

Guys, if you ever happen to spot an unidentified object in the sky that you deem is worthy of filming, please do the following:

Find a level base to set your camera on.

Thank you, and good night.

Seems like a weather balloon or something reasonable like that.

Given that the aeroplane at the end is at one point spherical whilst out of focus, it could be just about anything from weather balloon to inflatable wacky waving arm man that broke free after the memorial day sales.

Proof please.

You do realise that 'reported' is not the same as 'evidence', don't you?

Visions of Jesus are being reported all over the world. Does that mean it's really happening? Of course not.

Dead pixel?

My bad. Looked at the YT video on a better platform and realized what I mistook for after production zoom was in fact only a cruddy digital zoom found on most phones and cheaper cameras.

The black dots are strange indeed. Keep up the diligent effort in uncovering our watchers.

Balloon or not, why are they there?

Sorry again Mrs OP.

Thought that also. A dead pixel will follow the 'scene' just like a burnt out pixel on your HDTV. An HDTV that you allowed your kids to play PS3 games on... Digging the perma recticle in the center and the man holding his gun burnout on the TV.

Those black orbs will probably never be explained. But the burnt out images will ensure a new TV this summer.

Offtopic, maybe... I'm sorry.

No dead pixle on the OPs uplink. The balloon theory may hold true...but why?

I agree, that orb creeps me out. Why is it there?

Stay safe.

As far as not moving, it could be larger than you think, and farther away and it that would make it harder to see any movement.. Could be calm winds there too. Looks like a weather ballon to me.

If UFO fandom here started posting only about actual cases such as the ones reported in the 20th century instead of posting every single video of some object in the sky that could be anything and whenver you cannot do a closeup, this would be a better place.

Unless you see something like releasing orbs, moving at mach 3 velocity, doing 90 degrees or other weird phenomena, WHY do you even bother? Some dot in the sky, big deal.

Another fine example of how ATS went from a critical thinking website to a jump on the band wagon with blind faith website.

2 things come to mind. Cloud seeding or UFO. Nice capture nonetheless!
