It looks more like it was halfway through having his hair braided rather than cut, but still funny looking. Hopefully he found someone to finish the job at the jailhouse- but at what price?

Usually that kind of thing is pretty popular in there, which is why so many guys end up in cornrows when they go to court. It's not like they have much else to do...

I'm not sure if he was getting cut or getting cornrows put in, I assumed it was cornrows because of the length he had it at, and it seems odd they would cut down the middle like that, and the fuzziness of the picture doesn't really show if it was a haircut or if hair-do.
