I bet you are right. To bad for the progressive scum bags the regular folks are starting to see the man behind the curtain. They will lie and lie again. Fast and the furious was just the starting point for these scum bags.

And strong minded liberals better ask themselves will they stop with the 2nd.
Look back into history it will show you the future. They have tried this game plan over and over again. And it works.....China,Russia,Germany,Europe.,South America.

The Gun Control Legislation failed miserably - gun nuts everywhere won ...the only "reason" to send a ricin filled letter would be to stir up controversy and paint, with a very broad brush, all these gun nuts as being extremist wackos waiting for the next revolution ---

I can see it now "demand a plan II"

Nice isn't it?

Unfortunately though the American public has finally waken up and this administration is knee deep in scandals. They will only become more criminal to cover their tracks. Thats our future.

I know gun control is a touchy subject, and normally I would stay out of it and feel secure in my own opinions. This time though.... I can't help but notice that the minute an anti gun control nutjob does something very dangerous and stupid, all the 2nd amendment supports come out blaming progressives and throwing personal attacks at other posters.

It's a sad freaking day when people are so hot over thier political beliefs that they completely ignore the facts.

Someone mailed ricin to to a mayor and an organization's leader. It does not matter why and it wouldn't be any different if the ricin laced letter had been sent to every member of the NRA. Any reasons this person had, is an unexcusable attempt to justify an act of violence.

So quit your bickering and go find an issue worth debating. This is not it.

Well we have how many laws about drinking and driving and we still have drunk drivers killing people don't we? Those laws punish the people for their actions, where are the real punishments for using guns in a crime? They are usually the first ones to get axed in a plea deal.

Actually an enemy of the constitution is an enemy of the constitution.

We could just ban alcohol. But you know what happened last time the states tried that.

Just imagine it with millions more people.

What are you talking about. Your posts are jibberish? I am a big believer in the law. If you break it you should be held to it. Everyone no matter who you are progressive or tea party member.

Equal protection under the law..........GET IT.

You might want to re-read the article posted because it seems like you have no idea what you are talking about.

That moron tried to ban soda.

Even though this was a set up, he deserves to get mailed lots of things.

One-problem, major logical fail in your title, OP.

We'll leave out the stereotypical over-generalization of "gun-nuts" for the time being, but most "GUN-nuts" are interested in GUNS (you know, hence gun-nut), NOT ricin.

Psycopaths, or groups that are delusional and feel as if violence is the answer was the cause of this. NOT some gun-nuts.

Get real.

In your earlier post you said it was a anti-gun nutjob who mailed the letter. Care to elaborate on that?
