Not to long ago I shared a dream I had about the west coast...

I have been a follower of earthquake patterns for at least 2 years now and I am aware of the prognostications involved with California over many years, so I am sure me suggesting this is old news to most. I had a dream the other night that was indicative of a major catastrophe on the west coast. I do not have a specific place in my dream that I can pinpoint, but it appears to be in the Seattle, Washington area.

May 29, 2013 - UNITED STATES - If there were any lingering doubts that Washington state is earthquake country, a new set of scenarios developed by state and federal geologists makes it clear that no part of the state is immune to seismic mayhem.

A quake similar to one that hit about 1,100 years ago on the Seattle Fault could kill more than a 1,000 people, injure more than 17,000, and cause $31 billion in damage to buildings, bridges, roads and utilities.

Hundreds would perish in a magnitude-7.4 quake on a fault that runs through Everett, and nearly 300,000 buildings would be damaged.

If the fault that passes near Tacoma unleashes a magnitude-7.1 quake the next time it ruptures, nearly 12,000 households could be displaced and more than 6,000 people injured.

In the Walla Walla area, a magnitude-6.8 quake on what's called the Hite fault could leave more than 19,000 households without water and destroy more than 1,300 buildings.

This was not doomsday porn. I think it is funny how people decide to respond when they really don't bother to read.

But these odds start over, every single day you have "a million to one shot" of being hit by an asteroid on the way to work.

There many known possible ways for our fragile rock to find a reset button. The one that I wonder about is the 'thing' we may have never seen.

So they OP is saying that one day a mega quake will hit the west coast.

The whole west coast is a volcanic/seismic region. Earthquakes are not only thinkable, they are inevitable.

That being said, everybody knows this, so is OP's point just that their dream makes them think it's gonna happen real soon? Dreams, shmeams...

I had the dream and I shared it. What is your point? Why should I bother to share something? The whole point of this web site is to create threads that invite serious discussion. My dream pinpointed a certain area and this article shared that.

Yeah and you can get hit by a car crossing the street, but that is a different discussion entirely. Did you bother to read anything in my dream thread, did you bother to read the article I shared today?

They have been saying that for many years, this was the first time I had a dream about it, so, the relevance to me was unmistakable with regard to the article I shared here today.

Unless you can specify a certain date range then in all honesty your thread will be ridiculed. It's nothing against you personally it's just that a lot of people post on here either them or someone else having "visions". We need concrete proof sorry!

Its a shame that a Giant Earthquack wont destroy Washington DC instead and take out all the corrupt politicans. And while we are at it us Brits need a F5 Tornado to hit Parliment and travel all the way up whitehall get rid of all our scum to.

Concrete proof of what? A dream? You are in the wrong place in all honesty. I was not looking for validation, just sharing. If someone wants to ridicule me then they should pick a number, I do not need anyone to vindicate my dream.

Well that is fine and dandy. Unfortunately, there would be way to many innocent people hurt, but your sentiment while appreciated, is not the purpose of this thread.

Is it a call to others who may have had similar dreams lately?
or a warning of imminent danger?
or do you feel that your dream is further down the timeline than a year or two?
Any clues in your dream for a time scale?
Also was a Tsunami in the dream?

Seems somewhat important to me. I never knew the Walla Walla area could produce a 6.8 earthquake.. I know it's not that close but the Hanford Nuclear Site which is on the Columbia river and flows out to the Pacific Ocean. Not to mention those leaking tanks.
