Yes, Lois the lier Lerner refused to submit her resignation as requested and was replaced.

Appearently the fugly lying bitch did similar action in her last job, but instead of getting fired these pathetic public servants just move somewhere else. Lois the Lier Lerner is exactly what is wrong with our government.

Here is what the committee chairman should tell her: You want to invoke the Fifth but you maintain your innocence so here is what we will do: You will be granted Immunity from Prosecution but will be required to testify and if you refuse then you will be charged with Contempt of Congress and Obstruction of Justice and if you testify and it is proven false (to coverup for your higher ups) then you will be charged with Perjury. The investigation is not "impeded"...it is corrupted and vulnerable to be dismissed as it moves from credible questions to easily discredited idealogical-hate driven glen beck style conspiracy.

Have you seen the signed letters? They all have a rubber stamp signature on them. I can still see her trying to weasel her way out of that one, but whether or not it will work is another story.

Regardless, everyone is going to want her gone because of her continued history.
