Speaking of cats ... I think they are terrible guards.
This is what our cat, Izzy does most of the time.



That's her in a very recent photo.
And every time someone rings our door bell, she runs into the bedroom and hides under the bed.
So much for having a cat as a guard.
(She does come out once she recognizes the guest's scent.)

Your cat looks adorable!!! I love black cats, but we can't have one because of my husband.
He's not superstitious but he says they somehow scare him.

I chose her name. I named her Izzy, but her long name is Isabelle.

I'm glad we didn't stick to my husband's name choice: Fatso

She was a very healthy and puffy, plump kitten.

It's easier to remember people by their avatar, I won't forget you again. The other person seems to have a Miley Cyrus type gorilla, which is weird because up until today, I had thought of him as having a Howard Keel type persona.
