Done with my first round of exercises today it was a wee painful. The cold packs feel nice now though..

Just popping on today to say yoohoo and that mine is quiet at the moment and having some quality time with Mrs R and R jr watching horror movies.

Just watched The Bay and Rod Jr said it wasn't Gore enough... so i showed him a pic of Cody instead... Rod Jr is now hiding cowering under his bed and refuses to come out.

Wine shortage you say? Not in France... we are absolutely swimming in the stuff!
