Looks like a Bracelet "Royal or Official" Stamp/Seal
A "royal or official" would not of went anywhere without it.
Sometimes warn around the neck as a charm, and in later incarnations to a ring, probably because they lost so many of them.
looks like they liked to wear it around their wrist.
Probably also teatherd to the arm as a precaution against losing it
Images were probably modeled after the royalty of the time.

If you mean a translation, "of princely seed" or "of princely birth" covers it.

The Anunna (Anunnaki in Babylon) are a collective of underworld gods that are the children of the main gods (in some eras) and are just a collection of various gods (in other eras.) IOW, what they are changes depending on who's talking about them and when.

There aren't any depictions of any Anunna gods AFAIK, their names are not given, so any depiction of any god cannot be known to be an Anunna god.

It's more of a collective term, like I said, and not a specific one. Sort of like today's "The Heavenly Host." We never get their names either, right?

IMHO they are gold bullion & the gadgets on the wrists/forearms are some type of bionic strength enhancing mechanism to enable the lifting of such bullion.Hey what if this tech. existed at time the pyramids were erected. sure solves a few nagging (but huge) holes in a lot of today's theories.

Actually after looking closer the cord connecting the bracelet to the arm could of been a sling. Probably served a couple purposes then, second fastener and weapon.

It might of just been his personal style of wearing his sling, maybe the reason he was chosen as the model of the glyph carvings.
If you can find out who the model was for the glyph, that might be the more interesting question/answer.

For the two sling glyphs, it might of been just for a better fitting tunic (sleeve garter), probably very few of those tunics were custom made, might of just been to keep the material in the right spot, a lot like the dress shirts from the old west.

As far as what their carrying, looks like a weight. Very good glyph, can actually get the sense of it's heaviness.
Actually the item on the wrist could of been some type of portable sundial.

I guess the Anunnaki were pretty active and into a lot of activities.

Maybe the weighing, buying and selling of Pineapples?

Would explain the weight in one hand and the pineapple in the other hand

Most likely the Anunnaki pictured with 2 slings were probably officials or traders involved with weight and measures

A stick over a pivot point, add the 2 slings, the weight,and instant scale.

That's a plucked pineapple, again proof he was probably some type of trader why pay for the weight of the stem?(plus probably easier for transport.

Pineapple's from Paraguay, and at that time it wasn't cultivated. The plant of that time looked nothing like what we find in grocery stores.

That's what I would have gone with too. Boring, but most likely the truth.

Probably all the nobility in Sumeria walked around with a seal that uniquely identified them, so they could simply press it as their signature, and it would be hard to forge.

A few years ago I worked as a pizza delivery driver, and I would make crayon and paper impressions of people's credit cards when they ordered takeout on a card, just to prove it was physically present. Prior to modern computers, that was how it was done!

So you give the "god" a seal, to make it obvious to anyone who sees the statue that this is a VIP.

For reasons that are not so obvious, yes, his and his organizations opinions, should be considered "Self Serving".

At the core of this problem is that "Enki" stated that the secrets of heaven and earth will be withheld from mankind. If this is true, then who or what would enforce this edict? Ahhhhh........

Enki also told us there were two races of mankind. Think about that for a bit.
