I agree. What about all these reports of human-reptilian which were seen all over the south of US and were linked with Deep Underground Bases, and native americans and people would hear weird, spine-chilling howls from the underground? This in the OP was a hoax. But we would be naive in assuming no one is currently actually trying this. Especially after half-a century of technological advancement and cellular studies and Genetically Modified life forms.

Bingo!
That is partly the issue here. The main point is that the purpose of these experiments is to create a hybrid race of beings who won't be able to activate 12 strand DNA like normal humans can. This may be too complex for most people to understand but without the 12 strand DNA activation, ascension into the 4-5 densities cannot be achieved, which results in entrapment and a continuous reincarnation into this current 3rd density. This means an endless supply of beings who would inevitably serve as a slave race to advanced alien civilizations in 3rd density without the means to break the cycle by ascending. In essence, it's a process designed to weed out those who CAN activate the DNA (by means of disrupting bio-chemical processes i.e. chemtrails, fluoride, GMFs etc.), meanwhile a hybrid race is being created WITHOUT the necessary strands, so there's no hope of ascending at all.

The cattle mutilations, abductions, and just about every other story involving underground bases and labs involved with military personnel working side by side with greys and whatever other alien species is geared towards this purpose.
