Husbands in the city are under great danger should this actually happen. You can immediately avert your eyes, your wife is still going to take it out on you. Its a no win situation.
I hate "pretty girls" walking by. I always seem to get punched in the arm, and a dirty glare.

I would call it an issue of common decency, most people don't want all the attention nudity brings.
However we do have a few that love attention, and will do anything for it.
Absolutely my thoughts on it. People should make decisions based on decency and "true morals" instead of the fear of getting "busted." With laws over every aspect of life, where do we as humans get the chance to actually develop our morals in a meaningful way?

So what's next? Should I be allowed to walk around naked?
No. That crosses sexual boundaries which children should not be exposed to at the wrong age, IMO. Breasts are hardly sexual, if at all.
They play no role in the reproductive cycle, only the maternal duties.

"reproductive cycle" is not the same as "sex".
Girl i used to know could hit that big O just from playing with her nipples. No, that doesn't help reproduction very much. But it sure gave her sexual pleasure.
Boobs are sexual. You may disagree, however common social conscience holds this to be true.

In Germany women (and man) can stroll the street entirely nude. I don't see why this annoys people, I think it is logical that it should be permitted.

While you are joking, i am sure some are seriously considering this point. The slippery slope fallacy would be a poor litmus test for passing laws.
As it regards the police not knowing that it was legal: ignorance of the law is no excuse. Or so that nice judge once told me.
