How to watch the Sun: Space Weather 101

Thought I would share this for those of you who are interested.

This is brief introduction to space weather and the effects of our sun on our planet. This creator of this video also posts a daily weather cast some of you may be familiar with.

This is not a doomsday video, the topic of a mega flare is proposed as it is the most critical event that we know the sun is capable of producing as an entertainment factor, enjoy.

As you watch keep in mind this is a video from Electric Universe proponents so you people still suffering the in "Dark" ages may want to avert your eyes.

I found this very informative and well laid out and posted on one of the topics but it didn't even get noticed, oh well. I try to watch his videos every day.

I use my welding helmet if I want to look at the sun. Works good for me.

And yes, it is very informative. thought I would post it here in the science forum as there is probably not enough doom and gloom to catch a lot of interest elsewhere on this website.
