I just saw it on the news!! and boy am I pissed!!

I've only felt a 2 in my life...

We only get tiny ones around here... thank God, but damn!!

If the earth is gonna shake around here I wanna feel it!!

Apparently I was in a 4.0 in WA state about 20 years ago, I didnt feel it either.

A 5.1 happened where I live 20 years ago, I felt that, so I would imagine it takes around a 5.0 in North America to feel it.

my 1st
was the one in Virginia
a few years back...

every1 in the building froze like statues
while the ground shook & the walls undulated...
I moved thru them like a delicate butterfly
when I reached the exit I exclaimed its an "EarthQuake get out !"

everyone snapped outta their death trance
and single filed out the door

lesson learned : if an area where you don't have quakes and the people don't know how to act...
they may become just as big a hazard as the quake itself ... just a thought.
