If that works for you, more power to you.
It wasn't just relaxation, but a whole new way of looking at existence and yourself that I was pointing out.
In a better world, I think the onus would be on parents to get their children to exteriorize at an early age.
This would alleviate the probs caused by humans who think of themselves and others as objects and or animals, and what such thoughts then gives them a
supposed license to do to their fellow human.
This is not about relaxation for me because an exteriorizable human needs not relax. They are forever in a state of relaxation.
