Found this video while on YouTube. It most certainly looks odd. It definitely isn't a plane as it simply stays in one position for a very long time. It doesn't look like a blimp, so I don't think it is.

Could be Chinese lanterns, but it seems odd that someone would let go Chinese lanterns in what looks like a forest, so I really have no idea what they could be.

CGI? Military? Real UFO? I don't know.

These lights were posted a week or so ago but in a different video , I believe they are flares used as part of a military exercise .
