Getting kicked off the internet when I access ATS.

Hello ATS,

I use 'CenturyLink' as my isp. It seems I get kicked off of the internet quite frequently when I view the ATS website. In the past I used 'COX' as an isp I and don't remember having a problem.

I'm curious if any other members have experienced a service disruption while accessing this website.

I dont have your isp, so I cant comment on your issue BUT I can say that I get kicked off the internet very frequently when I am using Utorrent.
Requires me to reboot cable modem and router to get back on..
Im on time warner.

I typically use 'kickass torrents' and don't have a problem. This is the only site I'm on when I get kicked not sure if there's a reason.

Ive never had any issues with this site, except a post ban or two so I dont know what your problem could be..
Try using a proxy or a VPN to connect.
Theres a VPN that i use thats pretty cheap but they also have a free service that limits you to 300 mb a day..
Its called securitykiss.. just google it, its very simple to set up.

Given that you post that I am assuming you're not using the proper settings in utorrent. You're flooding your router/modem.

Don't set everything to 0 for max. Set it to less than your total bandwidth. Or you blow up your internets.

Don't rely on the speed test built in. Rely on what YOU know you can achieve.

Have you tried switching browsers?

I don't know what browser you are currently using but try something like Opera for instance.

My Utorrent settings are set at the default settings, Ive never really messed with them.
Are you suggesting that I change them?

I just got kicked.

It doesn't last long but it's irritating as hell!

Not sure if it's 'tptb' or the ATS 'ptb' .

Hmmm...

Good idea. I use 'IE' not sure the version but it's the most current. (i tried 'chrome' couldn't stand it.) Not a fan of Firefox or whatever.... I use a desktop pc. I thought Opera was 4 mobile devices am i wrong?

You also seem to have a problem getting your posts censured. What's up? Can't play the game? I hope you graduate to more humane and intellectual posts.

Never had any issues nor gotten kick off-line anytime by anything.....12 or so years now, Ive never gone down.

Have ATT/Yahoo and Comcast Uni-verse these days. Never heard of your ISP. If they arent big....perhaps thats the reason for you....
