watched about 1 min. of the video.
aparently this guy is the antichrist and he is just not getting the respect he thinks he deserves.

The video, in its description, describes the maker of the video as some dude who faked a bombing in order to promote some free energy device or something. I guess he's trying to amass public approval in order to fund his ideas.

AntiChrist? No. He's an inventor who is rather disgruntled as a result of the general public not jumping all over his ideas, and the authorities reprimanding him for his less-than-clever attempts to garner awareness for his project.
