Not only sweep it under the rug, they tried to make it something it wasn't, from the beginning, by editing the talking points then sending their minion out on the Sunday talk shows to plant the lie on national TV.

Who the chairman is has no bearing on the facts and testimony presented to a congressional hearing. Zip, zero, NADA. Ronald F-in McDonald could be up there, and the facts being testified to by witnesses etc. would still be...yup, THE FACTS.

I honestly pity folks who are so politically aligned that they deny very serious claims outright, and refuse to actually *listen* to what is being presented. And I speak to both the reds AND blues here.

Serious crimes committed by an Administration are committed against all Americans, not just the opposing party. You were straight up lied to, over and over, in order to 'manage' your emotions and your vote. Think about that last sentence. Roll it around in your head.

It is amazing how individuals here wish to attack the investigators of this...seemingly, in order to protect this administration at all costs. WHY, regardless of political affiliation, would anyone want to continue to support a leadership which chooses to lie so blatantly to it's supporters and detractors alike...in order to maintain power at any cost?

I'm inclined to agree with you that there's much more here. Remember, however, Obama's re-election was at a critical place when this occurred.

A SINCERE question to those who still defend this administration and it's story, while attacking those who continue to question the truthfulness of Obama and Clinton; thinking they would never lie to us:

Do you STILL believe the administration's story that this was about a Youtube video? If so, Why?

Even Hillary Clinton now says "What difference does it (the truth) make?"...are those the words of someone who actually stands behind her original story?

The republicans didn't bring back Benghazi...The Obama administration's lies are just now catching up with it.

True, but I don't believe the results of election were actually in doubt and I don't believe this being portrayed as exactly what it was, would have changed anyone's vote. Mind you, I also believe the fix was in for Obama, so take that for what it's worth

It shouldn't be long before Hillary starts calling this a political witch hunt and labeling investigators "sexists" and "racists".

Agreed. So they just allowed this to happen as to not create another conflict before the election? Have we done anything about these attacks since? Seems we, no they (politicians) stick their big noses in anything and everything to maintain conflict. Why no response to this?
