inter stella travel within our galaxy, exploring the various star and planetary systems would seem like a logical thing to do if you had the capabilities...

But travelling to another galaxy.. does that imply they've visited all the star systems of interest in their own galaxy? how old / advanced must their civilization be to have achieved such a thing?!

Andromeda may refer to both a constellation with 16 main stars and the M31 galaxy. But I don’t know if this old crook is aware of this. If a race capable of interstellar travelers would look like gods to us, I really can’t imagine one capable of intergalactic travelers. But you could ask Cornucopia about them, because he is able to contact aliens … at list this is what he claims.

I guess I'm of the "psychological" camp. There are a lot of interesting aspects to the phenomenon that current main stream psychology may fall short on explaining. I suppose there is a lot we don't understand and a lot of misconceptions. I will check out your thread.

I am certain shamans have been flying for a very long time and I think even in "space ships" of sorts.

Alternately, Bybots thread might give you some pause for reflection. The issue is decidedly complex and demands we look at all sides of the issue if we are openminded and in search of "truth."

Why is it that when these "contactees" and "ex Govt people in the know", mention their special contact with the "Aliens", that they ALWAYS use the cliched terms.."Zeta Reticuli" or Pelaides" or "Andromedas" rubbish.
Which are just basically "pop culture" terms for Aliens.

If they have intimate knowledge, why dont they say..

Thats only a constellation from our perspective and position in the Galaxy, the reality is some of these constellation stars are 100-1000s of light years apart and not even close to each other.........only from our perspective do they look close.

As I mentioned above, if we grant that they are here (which you have, with your ''point''), why would someone expect US (a species barely capable of traveling beyond its own moon) to identify THEM??

I would give near 100 percent odds that they would self identify with terms we already understood.
For instance, we call Earth, Earth.
But doubtful that 'they' also call it Earth.

I am surprised no one has made mention to the part where Hellyer talks about the kind of "disclosure" that he is asking for , " 95-98% " comment.

He talks about leaving one or two things out pertaining to public disclosure. For argument & curiosities sake,Lets say he is right,telling the truth and UFO/Alien phenomena is 100% real...What would be the 1 or 2 revelations that he would not be comfortable with allowing to be disclosed?

from what I remember the alpha draconis serpent beings/reptilians created the greys, but don't quote me on that

most ET's are of love and light....this being a freewill zone there are a couple groups that thought they could run the show or manipulate the situation...

why do I think of this?

I see a whole bunch of assumptions which rest on the back of another bunch of assumptions which in my opinion eventually coalesce into worldview built upon a foundation of little to nothing of any substance. A house of cards which won't stand up to the slighest of breezes, nor scrutiny.

If there are ETs living and working on Earth (which is possible, but may also be nothing more than speculation) vagaries discussing aliens with policies of non-intervention, and those speaking of reptilians and greys do nothing to advance their cause, by repeating ad-infinitum tales that have gone before, that do a real disservice to UFOlogy and those trying to work with repute.

The likes of Doty and Moore are probably smiling, at the house of smoke and mirrors they created with so little prompting, as people are so credulous as to do the bidding of those they would turn 180 degrees from and run as far and fast as they can, should they be aware of who these people are, and what their real agenda is.
