Then it would be an egg wouldn't it?

I think i have found the answer though... it was difficult one and took much thought...

The chicken came first... from Kentucky!

I have never seen eggs or broken eggs in the bins at the back of KFC and they have tons of chickens

Kay, who laid the freakin egg. See it is like a merry go round.
I believe the egg came first, and it wasn't an actual chicken that laid it. It could've been a cross breed of two seperate species of bird that created....... THE CHICK-EN!!!

You said the egg came from some other bird.

If you were on a game show you would have been eliminated.

haha he-be GB. i get it. game show.

tickle my arse with a feather!

the answer actually is that the elephant trumpetted in first. the chicken, after trippin over
the egg hobbled in last with a dislocated drumstick, while the egg-rolled in second,
smashing it's previous best time!
edit on 5-5-2013 by OutonaLimb because: joined egg and rolled to make egg-rolled

Yes, that is a oneliner.

that's a funny avatar you got there. made me laugh out loud for the
first time all day.

that horse must have been chasing the hen, anxious to know its secret.

it preceeds to moon the cow with a sense of disgruntled irony.

The egg; the chicken came from the egg, therefore the egg came first. How can people not see this? Is 99% of the world brain atrophied?

...don't answer that.

This question was answered in popular science magazine a few months ago

The chicken came first ... the egg that it layed eventually evolved into the chickens we have today

This took millions of years of coarse

You have bacteria.

Over time it evolves.

It gets to a point where the bacteria or the complex organism doesn't multiply anymore, it begins to reproduce. When it reproduces the offspring comes out in some way.

Over time as the organism evolves, the shell that contains the offspring also evolves.

Eventually you have evolved into a chicken. That shell evolves into what we call an egg

I wish I was the one who answered it.

It made me question our intelligence.

How did it take so long to answer such a logical simple question?

If you believe i evolution, it has to be the egg, just for the record.

The chicken had to be first in order to incubate and hatch the first egg. Also it takes a hen and a rooster to fertilize the egg. A unfertilized egg will not hatch.

yeah, you guys all are right. Chickens don't exist..

I don't really get what you all are spouting. How can you claim it to be so, it seems most of you are so sure and convinced of your claims while there is no support. Let me be a pain in the ass: pics or it didn't happen.

It's more something like this:

It's not for humans to ask these questions. The thing is, we do have chickens, and they are great meals and are fun pets.

Why wonder who your wife's parents are, when they were both dead when you met her and she's having no picutres of them. Aren't you happy just having your wife.

Live the present, there may be questions asked, but don't mind this one for it serves no purpose, IMHO.
