Another thing to note just personally is I don't see any barrel flash coming from the car I can see movement but no flashes.

They say it was a shootout, but you are right. I see no evidence of return fire. No muzzle flash. To me that indicates the gunshots were one way.

Why on Earth would these guys speak Russian to Boston PD !?
If you were 'giving up' or at the very least, trying, while being shot at, why on Earth would you use another language.
I think after listening to these things over and over you start to 'matrix' what you hear.

i dont believe the official story.. but however this video really proves nothing, you can't make out what they say just becuase there is words on the video I can't tell what is being said, on top of that you can' ttell who is saying these words.. Also even if it was the brothers, just becuase they yell they give up and didn't do it doesn't mean the police are going to be like ohh our bad we will come right to you and let you go with no issues sorry about that...

I mean if what they say happened is true and these guys were throwing bombs, shooting at them, ect then just becuase they say they give up doesn't really mean to much they could be saying that so they could throw another bomb or shoot another cop..

but like I said I don't believe the official story, at least not completely. I believe these 2 did have something to do with what happened and I don't believe all of the "facts" surrounding the case. I belive it was a false flag, I don't believe there are actors involved I don't know why people think the gov would take the time/chance/worry with actors when they can just set off a bomb and kill/hurt people its not like they care if they did anyways. I belive that these 2 boys were gov operatives and they were promised that they would not take the fall for this and something went wrong or the plan all along was for them to take the fall. I also think it has to do with their family and that involving them was a form of payback to their father.

I heard:

Get Your Hands, Up! Get Your Hands, Up! Get Your Hands in the Air!

From that, it sounds like the cops yelling at the bombers.

Everyone who listened to this video whether or not looking at the text already knew what they were "supposed" to hear.

It's in the thread title.

So don't try and say you watched the video with your eyes closed, and came up with those phrases on your own cause you didn't. Unless you also click on the thread with your eyes closed

Personally, I listened to it without the captions. I can't hear anything. Except what sounds like police shouting.

I have no bias in this case. I think 9/11 was a major inside job. But this case, I have no idea, and frankly, don't care that much anymore. At this point It's all out revolution or nothing imo.

I think people who have an opinion on whether or not these guys were framed will hear what they want to hear.

Good point on this. Something struck me as odd about their supposed use of Russian as well, so I went to checking a bit.

Like I said. Anyone who wants to 'listen' to this stuff now is already contaminated with what it should say.

Looking at the thread title and have to wonder how the op came to the conclusion that it was the police firing first. At that point they were already in a shootout after they killed one person anyway.

I watched this all night on various news channels, the coverage was very good.

Sounds like typical police yelling - give it up or something along those lines. I didnt hear "we" but even still they had plenty of opportunities to give up. The younger one could have given up at any time during the night too, which would have been easy to do.

After listening again and again to the 2 minute version of this shootout, listening through earbuds I should say, it very clearly sounds like one of the cops shouting "Give it up! Give it up!" You hear the same voice toward the end of the video, its not even one of the brothers' voice shouting. C'mon guys, listen with your eyes closed and with earbuds if possible and it is very obvious who is yelling and what they are saying. Its the cop telling them to give it up, and put the gun down.

When you bring up the languages they were speaking you have to remember the older bomber spoke 7 languages fluently. Not your average guy. That ties into what I have been able to find out about the uncle if true. I clearly heard someone with a foreign accent say "we didn't do it". I would also like to point out that I noticed the accent before reading any of the comments. I do hear the phrase repeated at the end though and it sounds like a loop.

00:07-00:09 seconds - "Get em Up!", "Get em Up!"
00:12-00:13 seconds - "Get em Up!", "Get em Up!"
00:17-00:18 seconds - "Get your hands up!"

To me the cops are yelling for the suspects to put their hands up. In fact, it is clear that they are saying this with headphones on and the volume up. Close your eyes and just listen.

Its the cops shouting at the suspects, "give it up" twice then "PUT YOUR HANDS UP"...

Clearly, they "didn't do it". Absolutely clearly - yelled with an accent with fear in voice.

P.S. All opinions aside, thank u Druid42 for taking the time to post the 2 minute video.. Its important to compare the shouting at the beginning with the shouting/conversation at the end, between the cops for voice comparison . Anyway, I still think there are alot of interesting oddities with the entire Boston bombing incident and the brothers, but in this particular case I believe it is the authorities doing the shouting.
