Another thing to note just personally is I don't see any barrel flash coming from the car I can see movement but no flashes.

From the youtube comments, a user named natty55555 posted the following, suggesting they were shouting in Russian as well as English.
0:07 - "We give up give up!"
0:12 - "Не убивате!" (in Russian) - it means "don't kill!"
0:18 - "Мы невиновны!" (in Russian) - it means "we aren't guilty!"
0:21 - "We give up give up! Не убивайте!" (don't kill!)
0:24 - "Мы невиновны!" (we aren't guilty!)
0:26 - We give up give up! Не убивайте!" (don't kill!)
0:30 - "Мы невиновны!" (we aren't guilty!)
I have no way to confirm, as I don't speak Russian, but personally the only thing I can make out is "___ up." The cops could be shouting, "moving up," as it sounds very similar to "we give up."

Not saying this to you, but to whomever wrote that comment is not thinking very well.
Why on Earth would these guys speak Russian to Boston PD !?
If you were 'giving up' or at the very least, trying, while being shot at, why on Earth would you use another language.
I think after listening to these things over and over you start to 'matrix' what you hear.

The Chechen language is unique to the Caucasus region, and not related to any languages outside of this region. Until 1991, Chechnya had two official languages, Chechen and Russian. After 1991, Chechen nationalism and rising anti-Russian sentiment resulted in movements to rid the Chechen language of Russian words. A new school curriculum to increase the teaching of the Chechen language was developed, and Chechens tried to increase the number of publications and media broadcasting in the native language.

No, no it’s not clear atoll, you take away the annoying edits and the subtitles and watch this again with a fresh and open mind and I bet you start hearing it differently.
Ifs it so obvious that’s what they are saying then why do we need the annoying edits and the subtitles.
To me this sounds like the police saying “give it up, give it up “ or “keep em up, keep em up”
