Laura Dern in Enlightenment

OMG! Laura Dern plays a self-centered psycho bi... in a series called 'Enlightenment'. If I hadn't seen all of the great previous performances by Laura I'd have sworn that no one could play such a freak and not be one in real life. That's how good her acting is.

I have had too many women in my life just like this, so I cringe while watching this show.

I can't watch it. Laura Dern is one of my all-time favorite honeys. She's like Meg Ryan a few years ago, just as wholesome as they come. Neither are overtly sexy or showing off their bodies, just women you'd wish to meet in real life.

If you click on that, it takes you to a site that is not Adobe. Maybe it is benign, just another semi-illegal trick by an internet "service," but I don't like it and refuse to go any further with this thread.

Have you seen her in "Rambling Rose"? I'd like to meet that Laura Dern in real life. In addition to two scenes in that film (with the kid, and walking down the street as Louis Armstrong plays "Dixie") I really love her in the scene in "Jurassic Park" where she's in the car as they first see the dinos.

I opened the link and it led right to the 10 first season episodes.

Yup, a truly great actress. In this new show, I think her mother is playing her mother.
